A Letter from the President

Subject: A Personal Commitment to Our Veterans

To our supporters and community,

When I founded the America for Veterans Foundation, it wasn’t just to "help"—it was to solve a specific, urgent crisis. In my years of working within this community, I saw far too many veterans, particularly women, falling through the cracks of traditional housing systems.

The Vancouver Veterans Village is my personal commitment to changing that.

We aren't just building shelters; we are building foundations for new beginnings. Our project will create 32 micro-homes that are dignified, energy-efficient, and—most importantly—safe.

I understand that trust is earned through transparency. That is why we are currently overhauling our reporting and financial disclosures to meet the highest standards of the nonprofit sector.

Every car donated and every dollar gifted is a brick in the wall of a veteran’s new home. I invite you to look through our project plans, review our mission, and join us in providing a "Hand Up, Not a Handout."

Sincerely,
Ron Fryer, President
America for Veterans Foundation
